We are privileged to introduce our Company HSL, which is a LEED GOLD CertifiedGreen Sweater project in Bangladesh with the latest sophisticated machinery. Our installed yearly Capacity is 4.8 million pcs across all gauges.

We have a water recycling plant with a capacity of around 240,000 liters per day. Solar Panels installed on our Rooftops produce around 1,000 kWh per Day which will roughly cover 15% of our energy needs.  We can proudly say that HSL is the First Sweater Factory in the world to be producing solar energy at this scale.

As a responsible employer, we ensure that all our workers enjoy a fixed monthly income with an opportunity to earn incentives as per their skill and ability. Our goal with this fixed wages model was to ensure sustainable earning for workers, lower worker turnover, better product quality, higher productivity and flexibility to utilize our valuable human resources for multi skill operations.
