ARTATEX factory produces a full range of knitted garments using both Uzbek and Chinese raw materials. We operate 10 sewing lines with 500 employees. Our production includes cutting, sewing, printing, and embroidery. We already have experience working with American buyers.
Bukhara Aztex LLC (Amirtex) is a vertically integrated textile manufacturer based in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, operating a modern 2.8-hectare production facility designed for efficiency and scale.
Established in 2022, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals and specializes in high-quality knitwear, including T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, and custom apparel. Amirtex offers a monthly production capacity of up to 1 million units, serving global partners with consistency and reliability.
The company exports to major international markets, including the United States, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Turkey, and Russia.

Our activities include cotton cultivation, ginning, yarn spinning, weaving premium
fabrics, eco-friendly dyeing & finishing, printing, and garment production under the
SHOYIGUL brand.
With modern laboratories, advanced equipment, and a skilled team, we guarantee
quality, sustainability, and reliability in every product. Merganteks LLC, Nigora LLC, and
Shoyigul LLC are all subsidiary companies of Merganteks Cotton Textile Cluster.

four employees, producing non-woven textile products.
2005 – The first spinning mill was launched, marking a major step in industrial
growth.
2016 – A second spinning mill started operations.
2018 – A modern weaving factory opened in Bukhara, expanding our product range.
2019 – Merganteks became a fully integrated cotton–textile cluster, acquiring its
own cotton fields and ginning plant.
2024 – Dyeing and finishing facilities began operation.
2025 – Digital printing, cutting, and garment sewing units were launched.
Today, we operate four branches with over 1,500 employees dedicated to delivering
excellence.
